Poor customer service can cost you more than clients, but it can cost you money in your home based business. Yet there are ways to provide good customer service in your home based business that work to keep customers happy and coming back for more.

First, find your niche. Good customer service begins with offering your customers something that they cannot get anywhere else. Find that one customer service area that separates you from the rest and use it to provide great customer service in your home based business.

Another way to provide impeccable customer service is to not waste time on tasks that can be done via computer or in another automated way. Use templates for correspondence or an automated money management program to save time, thus moving your energies over to providing great customer service to your clientele.
