Recognizing stress symptoms can be a positive influence in that we're compelled to take action. The sooner the better. It's not always easy to discern why the stress in each situation but some of the more common events that trigger those emotions are the death of a loved one, the birth of a child, a job promotion, or a new relationship, we experience stress as we readjust our lives. Your body is asking for your help when you feel these stress symptoms.
In so adjusting to different circumstances, stress will help or hinder us depending on how we react to it. Some of the symptoms are headaches, indigestion, tight muscles, fatigue, skin breakouts, too much sleep, or sleeplessness.
On the emotional side signs of being moody, abrasive or hostile, depressed and over anxious are pretty strong indicators as well. From a mental point of view extra attention should be given too disorganization, lack of interest, negative self introspection, poor judgment, confusion and math errors. None of these signs are conclusive but certainly
warrant your attention.
